Abstract
This research article aims to: 1. Study governance according to the principles of moral governance. 2. Compare governance according to different personal characteristics. 3. Examine governance according to the moral principles of the sub-district administration organization of Nongkomko, Mueang Nong Khai District, Nong Khai Province. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative approaches, selecting a sample group from a population of 7,462 individuals, using Taro Yamane's formula, resulting in a sample size of 380 people. Data collection methods include questionnaires and interviews. Content validity ranges from 0.67 to 1.00, with a reliability coefficient of .857. Data analysis involves statistical techniques such as percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, and F-tests.
The research findings are as follows: 1. Overall, the level of adherence to moral governance principles in administrative work is high. 2. When comparing governance according to different personal characteristics, respondents with varying personal characteristics showed no significant differences in their opinions. 3. Recommendations for governance according to moral principles suggest that establishing moral governance within an organization should involve cooperation from all parties, including management, internal staff, community leaders, and the general public. Emphasis should be placed on involving the public in local governance to achieve effective and impactful results.
