Transformational Leadership that Affects the School's Innovativeness under the Jurisdiction of The Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and Surrounding Areas

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to 1) To study the level of transformational leadership that affects the institution's being an innovative schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas 2) To study the level of being an innovative schools of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas, and 3) To study the relationship between transformational leadership that affects the school's innovativeness under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas with empirical data. The samples in this study were 405 people, divided into 22 school administrators and teachers which multi-stage random sampling. The Krejcie and Morgan table was also applied for determining the sample size. The instrumentswerea were rating scale questionnaire.
The research findings were as follows:
- Transformational leadership level of educational institution administrators under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas according to the opinions of administrators and teachers overall, every aspect is at a high level.
- Level of being an innovative school of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas according to the opinions of administrators and teachers overall, every aspect is at a high level.
- The relationship between the transformational leadership of educational institution administrators that affects the institution's status as an innovative school under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok and surrounding areas. There is a correlation coefficient between the variables predicting that the transformational leadership of the school administrators affects the school's innovation status in a positive manner with statistical significance at 0.01, with the correlation coefficient being between .202-. 781
