Management factors affecting learning in epidemic situations of the Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19), in the new normal era (New Normal) : a case study of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study management factors that affect student learning in the situation of the Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) epidemic under the New Normal era. A case study of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University. The quantitative research is as follows: The population used in the study was 6,152 students of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University, 2nd-4th year of all faculties, were a sample of 376 people. The research tool was a 5-level questionnaire using the mean data analysis. standard deviation, percentage, and using multiple regression analysis.
The research results showed that
1) students had opinions about management factors in the situation of the
epidemic of the Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) in the New Normal era (New Normal).
2) Factors affecting student learning in the situation of the epidemic of the Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) in the New Normal era of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University, it was found that, in general, it was at a high level.
3) Multiple regression analysis found that management factors that affect student learning in the curriculum include personnel (Man), budget (Money), teaching media support (Material), and operations according to policy. (Management) has an adjusted predictive efficiency value of .571 (57.1 percent). Management factors that affect student learning in terms of instructors and teaching techniques include personnel (Man), budget (Money). In terms of supporting teaching media (Material) and in operating according to policy (Management), the adjusted predictive efficiency was equal to .681 (68.1 percent) and the management factors that affect student learning in the area of Context and environment, including personnel (Man), budget (Money), teaching media support (Material), and policy operations (Management), had an adjusted predictive efficiency value of .575 (57.5 percent).
