Abstract
The purposes of this thesis were (1) To study the ethical behavior of the participants of the summer novice ordination course Ban Nong Chang Community Khwao Thung Subdistrict Thawat Buri District Roi Et Province (2) To study the ethical changes of youth participating in the summer novice ordination project of Ban Nong Chang community Khwao Thung Subdistrict, Thawat Buri District Roi Et Province. (3) To present the training process for youths participating in the Summer Novice Ordination Program of Ban Nong Chang Community Khwao Thung Subdistrict, Thawat Buri District Roi Et Province
The results of this research revealed that behavior of youth before novice ordination. Most of them like to play games on their mobile phones. Some young people have add symptoms like walking and doing that rarely sedentary or sitting for a long time. Some people have aggressive behavior, disobeying parents and adults. Some people have no basis in praying and praying. Behavior after the novice ordination. From the observations of the mentors and parents of the youth. The behavior of youth that has clearly changed such as prayer and can memorize prayers accurately Some youths are better able to help their parents with household chores. Some youths are better able to help their parents with household chores. less aggression But the behavior change is not clear. Most of the mobile game play dropped during the time the nanny set time to use the mobile phone, But after the deadline, have to leave the legs and come back to play as usual. Parents must always take care of them. But it was enough to see some playing down. The proposed process of summer novice ordination is to improve methods and activities to suit the age and age of youth, such as when you wake up, when you eat, and should have activities to teach the principles of living during the youth. That will be used in life and help with the parents’ housework.
