Quality of working life and performance efficiency of working from home of the persons in office line in the food and beverage industry groups during covid-19 crisis situation

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between quality of working life and working from home performance of office line in the food and beverage industry during the COVID-19 crisis.
The population of this study was 400 office line in the food and beverage industry during the COVID-19 crisis. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed based on descriptive statistics -- percentage, mean, and standard deviation. To test the hypothesis, inferential statistics were used, namely T-test, F-test and regression, with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
The study found that quality of working life was related to working from home performance of the office line in the food and beverage industry during the COVID-19 Crisis Situation. Different demographic factors resulted in different levels of working from home performance. Hygienic and safe environment, working life and personal life, social integration or collaboration, and workplace democracy all affected work-from-home performance of the office personnel in the food and beverage industry. This research can serve as a guideline for management to increase working from home performance of office line in the food and beverage industry.
