Policy Proposals for Teaching and Learning in a New Lifestyle Base of Primary School Administrators under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this article were: to study the teaching and learning management in the new lifestyle base era of elementary schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; to study the teaching and learning management in the new lifestyle base era of primary school teachers under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; to propose guidelines for teaching and learning management policies in the new lifestyle base era of primary school administrators under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research. The sample group consisted of 397 participants and five key informants. The obtained data were studied through content analysis, synthesis, interpretation, conclusion and descriptive presentation.
The research results were as follows:
1) The samples; opinion on the teaching and learning management in the new lifestyle base era of elementary schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall and in each studied aspect was statistically rated at the highest level.
2) For the teaching and learning management in the new lifestyle base era of primary school teachers under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the teachers must formulate guidelines for teaching and learning that are appropriate and consistent with the new normal. Teaching and learning management must change learning styles suitable for the new lifestyle base era.
3) The guidelines for teaching and learning management policies in the new lifestyle base era of primary school administrators under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were that the schools should promote and support personnel in creating online teaching materials by supporting materials and equipment. The administrators should provide advice, assistance, consultation, and facilitate teaching and learning management. Management of teaching and learning that has many forms as appropriate to create an atmosphere, environment, research resources, learning resources to be safe. The educational administrators should organize ICT skill development projects that focus on supporting classroom activities.
