Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the people’s participation in the operation of the Khamtoey Subdistrict Municipality. Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province. 2) To study the integration of Saranee Dharma principles and people’s participation in the operations of Kham Toei Subdistrict Municipality Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province. 3) To study the relationship between Saranee Dharma principles and people’s participation in the operation of Kham Toei Subdistrict Municipality. Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province. and 4) to propose guidelines for promoting people’s participation in the operations of Kham Toei Sub-District Municipality. Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province. Integrated research method with quantitative research The sample consisted of 382 people according to Taro Yamane’s formula data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation. and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Qualitative Research Section There are 9 key informants/person. The data were analyzed using frequency values and content analysis techniques and wrote a descriptive description.
The results showed that
1. People’s participation in the operation of Khamtoey Subdistrict Municipality Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province, overall, at a high level.
2. Integration of Saranee Dharma principles and people’s participation in the operations of Kham Toei Sub-District Municipality Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province, overall, at a high level.
3. The relationship between the principle of Saranee Dharma and the participation of the people in the operation of the Khamtoey Subdistrict Municipality Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province found that there was a high level of correlation.
4. Guidelines for promoting people’s participation in the operations of Kham Toei Subdistrict Municipality Thai Charoen District, Yasothon Province found that the municipality should provide opportunities for public relations to inform the public about the operation regularly. And let the people in the area create a database to develop more projects that generate income for the community
