Abstract

Firm in the truth say how to do that to get success with faith trust and praise from all parties, speaking and doing is telling the truth and doing the truth. Therefore, it is an important factor in promoting the prestige of the person clearly. (Royal speech of His Majesty King Rama IX at the graduation ceremony of Chulalongkorn University on July 10, 1997) The Dictionary of the Royal Institute of 1982 (1983:738) defines that the word rhetoric refers to words, words, rhetoric or rhetoric, referring to the study of communication of thoughts and feelings using various symbols which aims to achieve a mutual understanding of the meaning through the use of words and gestures as a medium. Speech is the process of communication, the transfer of knowledge, thoughts and feelings of the speaker to the listener to understand the purpose of the speaker using words, tone of voice and gestures as a medium. Speaking is an academic subject that needs to be studied. specified in the Thai language course at the secondary level and tertiary of public and private educational institutions to emphasize students' speaking skills and basic knowledge of speaking to further study at a higher level both at home and abroad. Speaking is most important to your career. Many occupations require speech as a lawyer, teachers, business, administrators, politicians and missionaries. If you have the art of speaking well, it will make your business flourish and successful in life. So speaking is very important. As the saying goes, everyone can speak, but only some can.
