Development of Thai Teachers to 21st Century

Abstract

The 21^st century, the educational system must be developed for changing the society. In the past, the educational objective emphasized the learners to have only the skills of reading and writing but in the 21^st century, it emphasizes the learners know how to learn, practice, and create the inspiration. It is not only receiver, but the learners must learn by themselves and the teachers are only the trainers for making the learners to get the success.
