Abstract

This research aims to 1.Study the adaptation of students, student well-being, and learning management in the era of Digital Disruption after the impact of the COVID-19 situation in Thai educational institutions. 2.To study and compare higher education institutions with the adaptation of students, student well-being, and learning management in the era of Digital Disruption after the impact of the COVID-19 situation in Thai educational institutions. The sample group studied was 384 students in Thai higher education institutions. This is a quantitative research. The results of the study found that students in higher education institutions have adapted to the use of applied technology in learning at a high level and student well-being at a moderate level. Learning management in the era of Digital Disruption in terms of applying technology to suit the learning styles of students is at a high level. State and private higher education institutions have student adaptation that is statistically significant at a level of .05 and learning management in the era of Digital Disruption after the impact of the COVID-19 situation is statistically significant at a level of .05. Thai educational institutions use different learning formats between state and private higher education institutions in choosing learning formats in the era of Digital Disruption after the impact of the COVID -19situation. It shows a clear and statistically significant difference in the chance that both groups of educational institutions will use Online and Onsite learning formats to transfer knowledge in various fields to learners with quality.
