วารสารการจัดการภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน กำหนดแนวปฏิบัติในการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในกระบวนการจัดทำ ประเมิน และบริหารจัดการบทความวิชาการ โดยยอมรับ AI ในฐานะเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการทำงานด้านภาษา การจัดการข้อมูล และงานเชิงเทคนิค ทั้งนี้ บทความต้องสะท้อนกระบวนการคิด วิเคราะห์ และดุลยพินิจทางวิชาการของมนุษย์เป็นหลัก โดยผู้เขียนต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วน และจริยธรรมของเนื้อหาทั้งหมด พร้อมเปิดเผยการใช้ AI อย่างโปร่งใสเมื่อมีส่วนในสาระสำคัญของงานวิจัย รวมทั้งผู้ประเมินและบรรณาธิการต้องคำนึงถึงการรักษาความลับ ความเป็นอิสระ และความน่าเชื่อถือของกระบวนการพิจารณา โดยจำกัดการใช้ AI เฉพาะการดำเนินการที่ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อดุลยพินิจทางวิชาการ ทั้งนี้ วารสารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ดำเนินการตามแนวปฏิบัติของวารสารวิชาการ หากพบประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ AI ที่อาจกระทบต่อความน่าเชื่อถือหรือมาตรฐานทางวิชาการของบทความ

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Journal of Public and Private Management

The Journal of Public and Private Management establishes guidelines for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation, evaluation, and management of academic manuscripts. The Journal recognizes AI as a supportive tool for language-related tasks, data management, and technical assistance. Nevertheless, submitted manuscripts must primarily reflect human intellectual contribution, including independent thinking, critical analysis, and scholarly judgment.
Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and ethical integrity of all content. Any use of AI that contributes materially to the research or manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed. In addition, reviewers and editors are required to uphold confidentiality, independence, and the credibility of the editorial and peer-review process, and may employ AI only for tasks that do not affect academic judgment.
The Journal reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with established academic publishing practices should the use of AI be identified as potentially compromising the credibility or scholarly standards of a manuscript.
