FeatStreet Level Organizational The Features of Public Service of Street Level Organizational Bureaucracy: Thinking Perspective Across Sociological Paradigms
Abstract
This article aims to consider the features of public service of street level organizational bureaucracy through sociological paradigms. These ones as an essential stand to the framework of development activities, which focus on goals and outcomes from the good service. The features consider from perspective institutionalist theory, especially the sociological citizen theory that is steered by the sociological imagination thinking and the economic imagination thinking. In addition to those considering, it reflects development of the concept of new public administration (NPA), new public management (NPM) and also includes development of new public governance (NPG).
