จากผลการประเมิน PISA สู่บทบาทผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการเรียนรู้

Abstract

จากการประเมินผล PISA ที่ต่ำกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยนานาชาติทุกวิชาและมีแนวโน้มผลการประเมินต่ำลงทุกวิชาเมื่อเทียบกับการประเมินครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 2000 ทำให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาหันมาให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการเรียนรู้มากขึ้น  และความเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งทางสังคมและเป้าหมายของการศึกษาทำให้ระบบการศึกษาและผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีบทบาทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปด้วยเช่นกัน บทบาทของครูเปลี่ยนจากผู้สอนเป็นผู้ออกแบบการเรียนรู้ เป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวก เปลี่ยนจากการสอนมาเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้จัดตามความเหมาะสมรายบุคคลมากขึ้น นักเรียนเปลี่ยนการแข่งขันในการเรียนรู้ เป็นการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยความร่วมมือ สืบเสาะหาความรู้ด้วยกันมากขึ้น การทดสอบจะไม่เป็นเรื่องที่น่ากลัวอีกต่อไปสำหรับนักเรียนเพราะเป็นการประเมินเพื่อดูความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียน เป็นการทดสอบเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ผู้ปกครองจะเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนของนักเรียนมากขึ้น รวมทั้งผู้บริหารจะเป็นผู้ช่วยให้การสนับสนุนการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนรู้ เพื่อประโยชน์แก่นักเรียนเป็นสำคัญ ทำให้เกิดสังคมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

The results of the PISA relevant to their role in learning management

The PISA assessment which showed lower than international average gradesand a declining tendency in all subjects when compared with the initial assessmentconducted in 2000, resulted in the concerned authoritiesû giving more importance tolearning (related issues). The changes in society as well as in the goal of the educationbrought along changes in the roles of the educational system and the involved people.The role of teachers changed from ùeducatorsû to ùlearning designersû, they are now facilitators in the new exchange of learning instead of teaching. Teaching has becomemore adapted to the individual learner. Students shift from competitive learning tocollaborative learning, seeking knowledge together more than before. Experimenting(trial and error) is nothing to be afraid of anymore for students, because it serves toevaluate their progress. Experiments are part of the learning process. Parents are moreinvolved in the education of the students, and the (school/ministry) administrationplays a bigger part in making the learning environment conducive to the learningprocess. These are important factors leading to a society which is committed to learningthroughout their lives.
