การศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา กรณีศึกษา: โรงเรียนบ้านดอนทราย จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา และผลการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา พื้นที่ในการศึกษาคือ โรงเรียนบ้านดอนทราย จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ใช้เทคนิคการถอดบทเรียนโดยวิธีการเล่าเรื่อง (story telling) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับความร่วมมือ (to collaboration) ทั้งที่เป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านชุมชน ปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียนและปัจจัยด้านยุทธศาสตร์การมีส่วนร่วม ผลจากการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา พบว่า โรงเรียนสามารถพัฒนาคุณภาพของโรงเรียนทั้งอาคารสถานที่และคุณภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ทำกิจกรรมและถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา ค่านิยม และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นให้กับลูกหลานของชุมชน

The Study of the School and Community Participation in Education Management Case Study: Baan Don Sai School, Nakorn Sri Dhammaraj Province

This research aims to study three aspects of school and community participation in educational management which are it's characteristics of school and community participation in educational management, the factors that influence school and community participation, and the results. The research was done in Baan Don Sai school, Nakorn Sri Dammaraj by conducting a lesson learned using story telling technique. The results show that the characteristics of school and the community participation is at the level çto collaborationé, both formal and informal in educational management. Factors that influence the process of school and community participation are community factors, school factors, and participation strategy factor. Results of school and community participation in educational management are the quality development of school both in the quality of building and learning, the school became the learning center of the community in doing activities, local knowledge exchanging and transferring local norm to the next generation.
