A Development of Competency Factors for Collaboration among Primary Students
This descriptive research aimed to develop competency factors for collaboration among primary students by using a structural relationship model. The research samples were 2,145 students. The research tools were an exploratory factor analysis questionnaire and a second order confirmatory factor analysis questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and second order confirmatory factor analysis. The research found that the model for competency factors for collaboration among primary students had high construct validity. The model was composed of 5 factors: group processing analysis, individual and group work interaction, attention, respect and acceptance and discussion with = 31.036 (p = 0.054), GFI = 0.998
