การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะครูดีในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของคุณครูดีในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นครู 586 คน ผู้บริหาร 35 คน และผู้มีส่วนได้เสียได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 35 คน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 38 คน รวม 694 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะครูดี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (exploratory factor analysis) ระบุจำนวนองค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะครูดีมีตัวแปร 46 ตัวแปรและสกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก (principal component analysis) และหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบ แบบตั้งฉากโดยใช้วิธีแวริแมกซ์ (varimax) และ ค่าความแปรปรวน ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คุณลักษณะครูดี มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ความเป็นครู  2) บุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้  3) คุณธรรม  4) วิธีทางปัญญาสร้างสรรค์ความรู้ และ 5) ความรักในวิชาชีพครู

Factor Analysis of Good Teachersû Characteristics in the Basic of Education Level.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the characteristic components/factors of good teachers in the basic education level. The sample of 694 participantsconsisting of 586 teachers, 35 educational administrators and stakeholders; 35institution committee, and 38 parents and community members was selected using themultistage random sampling technique. The study used a survey as a research tool tocollect data on characteristics of good teachers.The collected data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis withorthogonal rotation method and varimax was applied to identify 46 factors and extractprincipal components as well as Chi-square values. The results showed that there werefive main characteristics of the good teachers which are: 1) pedagogy 2) learning person3) morality 4) intellectual knowledge 5) passion for being a teacher.
