The proposes of this article are to present the importance and necessary of community health management, to provide definition, component, and concept of community health management competencies, and to propose nursing educational management concept to promote community health management competency of nursing graduates in order to be able to implement with health care provider team to manage community health throughout primary, secondary, and tertiary care seamlessly.
