Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the school curriculum  for Early Childhood Teachers  in  Local Administrative Organization. 2) to enhance ability of the integrated learning management  for Early Childhood.  Sample was Early Childhood Teachers three people which teach in the first semester in academic year 2018. Research instrument for collecting data consist of 1) interview form for President of Tambon Administration Organization or  municipal district and  Early Childhood Teachers 2) evaluate form ability of the integrated learning management 3)  test before and after training 4) training curriculum 5) evaluate form the satisfaction for training curriculum 6) journal writing for Early Childhood Teachers. Analyze data by using mean, standard deviation and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Teststatistics

The findings of this study were as follows :

        1.The Early Childhood school curriculum consist of 1) philosophy 2) vision 3) mission 4) goal 5)  standard  desirable characteristics 6)  learning standard 
            7) structure of learning time 8) curriculum administration 9) learning experience 10)  media and learning resource 11) assessmemt development skills.
            This Curriculum correspond with context and demand of early childhood teachers in Banlaokhaun Child Development Center, Kanchanaburi Province.

  1. School curriculum enhance ability of the integrated learning management for early childhood which comprise of ability four aspects such as
    1) curriculum capacity 2) learning experience capacity with emphasis on child-centered 3) measurement and assessment capacity development skills for early childhood  4) learning outcome reflection capacity which support four developments   such as 1) physical development  2)emotional and mental development 3) social development  and 4) intellectual development
