Abstract

  The Quasi- experimental Research Design was to develop and efficiency assessment of CIPPA Model due to the deterioration of water resource Health Impact Assessment. The cluster random sampling consisted of 74 students of Public Health major at Faculty Science and Technology Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The EliE2 (80 180) and paired - t test were used for analysis.

  The result showed that CIPPA Model ritual to build encouragement for students were 82.94 I 88.80. Moreover, Comparison of lesson the post - learning achievement score was higher than the pre- learning score (p-value= 0.019). The satisfaction of CIPPA model at a high level. In concluding, students suggested that to process of health impact assessment.
