The methodology was comprised of three parts, which included the following: 1) to study the current situation, problems and need for supervision in schools by studying the documents and interviewing with 20 principals and head of teachers;  2) to create an internal supervision model by studying the documents and providing the focus groups discussion with 21 qualified people and query about the internal supervision model with 85 principals and teachers and bring the data to synthesize the contents and factor analysis; 3) to evaluate the feasibility of the model by querying with 85 principals and teachers and bring the data to synthesize the mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test for one sample group. The results are indicated as follows: 1. the current situation regarding internal supervision in school was not systematic and clear. The main issues for supervision were identified as follow: 1) the atmosphere and environment 2) teaching and learning 3) tasks and projects for departments. The needs for internal school supervision were the clear systematic model of internal school supervision and established the academic service center; including a workshop and academic exchange.  2. the internal supervision model had 5 components as follows: 1) awareness 2) planning  3) action  4) assessment and 5) lessons learned. The model can explain the variance at 61.68%. and 3) The internal school supervision model was created which had a high level of feasibility and higher than the criteria with a statistically significant level of .05.
