บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่อง “ปรัชญาการเมืองยุคหลังสมัยใหม่” ได้ตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยไว้ 2 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีของปรัชญาการเมืองยุคหลังสมัยใหม่ และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาวการณ์ทางการเมืองยุคหลังสมัยใหม่ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการวิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary Research) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่สำคัญของปรัชญาการเมืองยุคหลังสมัยใหม่ ได้แก่ แนวคิดเรื่องอำนาจชีวะ (bio-power) และการปกครองจิตวิญญาณ (governmentality) ของฟูโก (Foucault) แนวคิดเรื่องการเมืองของการรื้อสร้าง (the politics of deconstruction) ของ แดร์ริดา (Derrida) แนวคิดเรื่องการเมืองเชิงสุนทรียศาสตร์ (aesthetics politics) และการโต้เถียง (dispute) ของลีโยตาร์ด (Lyotard) แนวคิดเรื่องการกำลังจะเกิด/การกำลังจะเป็น (becoming) และการเมืองของการเป็น-เสียงส่วนน้อย (a politics of becoming-minoritarian) ของเดอเลิซ (Deleuze) และแนวคิดเรื่องการมีส่วนของภาคส่วนที่ไม่มีส่วนทางการเมือง (the part of those who have no part) สุนทรียศาสตร์ของการเมือง (aesthetics of politics) และประชาธิปไตยของผู้ที่ไม่มีส่วน (democracy of who have no part) ของ ร็องซีแยร์ (Ranciere) สภาวการณ์ยุคหลังสมัยใหม่อันเป็นผลมาจากการนำแนวคิดและทฤษฎีของปรัชญาการเมืองยุคหลังสมัยใหม่ไปปฏิบัติมีอยู่ 5 ประการ คือ (1) การพร่าเลือนของแนวคิดเรื่องรัฐชาติ (2) อำนาจอธิปไตยแบบจักรวรรดิ (3) ขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมใหม่ (4) ประชาธิปไตยแบบเข้มข้น และ (5) การเมืองโลก
