Community Development in Dynamic of New Era

Abstract

The ways of community development are dynamic change in the new era that should be developed and empowered community by self-reliance and self-governance approaches along with the methods of democratic community emphasized in participation of community’s members. Furthermore, participation is the core principle and main process of development in the new era, including purposes of sustainable development that all sectors in community have faiths in it for guidelines to choose the resolutions and methods, especially the concepts of community development and sustainable development must recognize in people-centered development the same as the philosophy of national development which the challenging and emerging issues will occur in the future
