Correlating Factors of Information Technology for Developing Human Resource of the Local Administration. A Case Study: Bureau of Local Personnel System Development, Department of Local Administration

Abstract
This research aimed to study problems, factors, and trends in information technology related to local personnel administration management of The Department of Local Administration. In this research, the sample consisted of 59 government officers in Bureau of Local Government Personnel Development. As both a qualitative and a quantitative research, the research instruments were questionnaires and interviews was use Chi-Square Test static to analyze data. The results of this research revealed that 1. There was a problem in computer training, there was no training using the computer to improve HR division 2. The factors were ; education, personal duties, computer experience, computer skill, progress of information technology and budget for support and the improvement of information technology learning. 3. The trends of information technology in the improvement of local personnel administration management may assign someone for responsibility in information technology
