The Problems and Obstacles in the Implementation and Development Approach to Driven Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong

Abstract
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the problems and obstacles in the implementation of the Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong Sub district, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province. (2) to set up a development approach to driven the Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong Sub-district, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province.The samples were (1) fifteen committees of the Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong Sub district, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province. (2) Community leader (sub district); (3) Community developer; (4) Community Development Officer (CDD) who involved in the support and promotion of the Thai Women Empowerment Funds, totaling 18 persons. The instruments used were in-depth interviews and observations from the workshop (AIC). Research findings were as follows: (1) committees of the Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong Sub district, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province have problems and obstacles in the implementation; (1.1) Some committees have multiple roles as multiple committees in the community. (1.2) Understanding the purpose of the fund is not clear. (1.3) The information in flows were slow due to the lack of continuous meetings, resulting in the lack of useful information for fund members. (2) The committee would like to develop the potential of the Thai Women Empowerment Funds of Nonlaemthong Sub district, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province, by reviewing the work of the training workshop and the support from other agencies. (3.1)Promote the development of women's empowerment and women's networks. (3.2)Develop a stable career, create jobs and make money. (3.3)Strengthen the committees to manage the Thai Women Empowerment Funds.
