Instructional Leadership of Administrator That Affects Effectiveness In the Taksin School Group Institutions Under Rayong Primart Educational Sevice Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of instructional leadership of school administrators in the Taksin School Group; 2) to study the level of school effectiveness within the Taksin School Group; 3) to examine the relationship between the instructional leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness; and 4) to investigate the factors of instructional leadership that affect school effectiveness in the Taksin School Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Academic Office Area 1 for the 2025 academic year. The population consisted of 161 teachers from 14 schools. The sample size of 114 participants was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, employing stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .906. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1. The overall instructional leadership of school administrators in the Taksin School Group was at the highest level. 2. The overall school effectiveness of the Taksin School Group was at the highest level. 3. The analysis of the relationship between instructional leadership and school effectiveness showed a relatively high positive correlation (r = .779) with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4. The instructional leadership of school administrators that significantly affected school effectiveness comprised four dimensions: curriculum management and instruction, teacher professional development, supervision and monitoring of instruction, and defining the school’s vision, mission, and goals. These four dimensions of instructional leadership collectively predicted school effectiveness at the .01 level of statistical significance, accounting for 67.2 percent of the variance
