Abstract

This article aims to study the approaches to accessing and communicating new methods, and the adaptation of Buddhism in the digital age to align with the rapidly changing environment and technology. It addresses the issues affecting access to Buddhism in the present and potential future, and presents methods for adaptation and development to effectively access and study Buddhist teachings. It finds that in the digital age, where technology plays a significant role in daily life, Buddhism faces challenges in maintaining its role and value in a rapidly changing society. Adaptation is necessary, especially in using technology to disseminate teachings, online Dharma teaching, and social media usage. However, this adaptation also faces challenges in maintaining the purity of the teachings and attracting people's attention. Therefore, Buddhism must develop new methods to effectively disseminate teachings and remain significant in people's daily lives in the digital age.
