Effect of Administrative Skills on the Performance of Schools Affiliated the Office of Private Education in Yala Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of administrative skills of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province 2) study the level of effectiveness of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province 3) The management skills of administrators that affect effectiveness. of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province, and 4) study the management practices of administrators that affect the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province, sample group Those used in this research include school administrators and teachers. of educational institutions in the Office of Private Education, Yala Province, academic year 2023. The sample size was determined using the table of Krejci and Morgan (1970). The sample size was 335 people, but This research used a sample of 331 people, classified as 65 school administrators and 266 teachers from 65 schools, using multi-stage random sampling, using questionnaires and interviews. It is a tool for collecting data. and analyze the data by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.
The research results found that 1. Administrative skills of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province, in terms of knowledge and thinking skills in all aspects at a high level. by conceptual skills has the most average and skills in knowledge and thinking were the least average. 2. The effectiveness of schools under the Office of Private Education Yala Province as a whole is at a high level. The ability to solve problems has the most average As for the ability to develop students to have a positive outlook. has the lowest average and 3. Administrative skills and effectiveness of schools under the Office of Private Education, Yala Province, are overall positively related at a very high level (rXY = 0.974).
