Academic Management Strategies for Improving the Quality of Vocational Manpower of Education Institutes under the Southern Vocational Education 1

Abstract
This article has the objectives of 1) studying the current and desirable conditions, 2) analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and 3) developing strategies. The research model is a mixed method using the concepts of academic administration and the development of the quality of the vocational workforce as a research framework. The sample group includes 33 educational institution administrators, supervisors or department heads, teachers and Instructors of educational institutions Under the Southern Vocational Education Institute 1. They were collected using a purposive selection method. The research tools include questionnaires and assessments. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation SWOT Analysis, PNImodified, and TOWS Matrix priority index values.
The results found that: (1) the overall current condition is at a high level, and the overall desirable conditions are at the highest level. (2) Academic administration, to develop the quality of the vocational workforce of educational institutions, has five strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles. (3) Academic administration strategies to develop the quality of the vocational workforce of educational institutions Under the Southern Vocational Education Institute 1 There are six main strategies and 17 secondary strategies. 57 methods of operation. Fifty-seven indicators of success include Main strategy 1: Accelerate the development of the administration and development of the teaching curriculum to develop the vocational education workforce. Main strategy, 2: Develop the management of measurement and evaluation to develop the vocational education workforce. Main strategy, 3: Raise the level of resource management and libraries to provide learning resources. Modernize the development of the quality of the vocational education workforce. Main strategy,
4: Develop the bilateral vocational education administration system to develop the quality of the vocational education workforce. Main strategy, 5: Transform the administration of teaching media. To develop the quality of vocational education workforce and main strategy, and 6: Develop department management/Field of study to develop the quality of vocational workforce Findings from this research Vocational education institutions can be used as a guideline for developing the quality of vocational workforce to be in line with the needs of the labor market and meet the needs of national development.
