Abstract
The research objectives are for (1) to study the components of the development of the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational. (2) To develop the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational. (3) To evaluate the development of the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational and to assess the efficiency of the model created using the research and development process. There are research methods divided into 3 steps, which the researchers have followed as the following steps: Step 1: Study the components of the development of the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational,by studying the population and using the following methods: the sample population serves as a reference, including textbooks, articles, theories, and research related to the registration and measurement management system. Content analysis and statistics, including frequency and percentage, are used for analysis. Step 2: Develop the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational with two sub-steps 1. Developing the registration and measurement management system by studying the population and sample groups, specifically 28 experts in registration and measurement management, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools used include questionnaires that have undergone analysis using the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) with a value ranging from 0.80 to 1.00. Developing the registration and measurement management system by studying the population and using the following methods: the population and sample group include 11 qualified individuals in the field of education by data collection involved using focus group discussion techniques. Step 3: Evaluate the development of the registration and measurement management system of schools in Suphanburi primary educational by studying from the population and sample group, which includes 42 individuals, including school administrators, heads of departments, and relevant teachers. Data collection was carried out through experimental use of the sample group and responses to the evaluation questionnaire. The statistics used include mean () and standard deviation (SD).
