Study Factor as Effective Behavior Online Management on Crisis at Covid-19 of Higher Education Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: to study the problems related to behaviors and the management of online teaching and learning, to analyze the factors influencing such behaviors in online education, and to propose solutions to behavioral problems in online teaching and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in higher education institutions in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, integrating both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with six participants, while the quantitative data were obtained from a survey conducted with 351 participants. The data were analyzed using statistical software for social science research, focusing on frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the research was found as follow:
1) Conidiations problem and online management found that, for solving problems by online management on Crisis at Covid-19 of Higher Education Ayutthaya Province found that. There were 8 parts for problems by online teaching 1) for teacher they must be arrangement for online more than technique and not have participate among learners, then teacher could not over control class room event no skills for using some tools and have much expenditure. 2) For learners they give less attention then have some gave for getting knowledge then effect to less achievement, then lake of skills for using supplement tools and difficult for looking Purch arching and so on. 3) For subjects according to curriculum not to well for online, because some subject must be having by practical, so that, layout lesion plans could not appropriate. 4) For media and workplace so wieldy difficult for looking for some data and no have skills to use tools. 5) For process of learning not have various choice not have motivate no have skills to practice and then not have absolutely with subject objective. 6) For communication, it was being more than one-way management, then difficult for communicate, then using more tools and not reflection from learners. 7) For network technology there were not ready such as unstable signal network then must be having more expenditure for them. 8) For evaluation, there were still the same pattern for evaluate, there were not have any systems for investigation then could be have easily cheating.
2) Condition for effect to manage by online management on Crisis at Covid-19 found that, by overall have more level (Average as 3.84 the standard deviation as .334). Then when consider by each part according to more to less as follow, For learners (Average as 3.94 the standard deviation as .441). For network technology for communication (Average as 3.93 the standard deviation as .517) For process learning management (Average as 3.89 the standard deviation as .454). For evaluation (Average as 3.77 the standard deviation as .657). For substances for learning media (Average as 3.75 the standard deviation as .612). 3) Suggestions for solving problems by online management on Crisis at Covid-19 found that, teachers must lay out online lesson plans by considering with as each appropriate subject. They should consider different for each learner then analyze matters as suitable for learning management. They were having modern good for understand example pictures VDO sound music to motivate them to have quality development. Teachers should have managed all by appropriate and smoothly conclusion with learners’ period evaluation to summary result of learners then reflect for thinking and practice evaluate accordance with subjects.
