Abstract
The objectives of this research are as follows: 1. Study the components of the New Normal Administrative System towards Excellence; 2. Develop the New Normal Administrative System Towards Excellence 3. Evaluate the New Normal Administrative System Towards Excellence. It is research and development (Research and Development: R & D) divided into three steps: Step 1, a study of system components; Step 2, system development; and Step 3, evaluation of the New Normal Administrative System Towards Excellence. The sample groups used in the research include documents, textbooks, articles, and related research. School director, Academic Head Teacher, and related teachers. The tools used in the research include data recording forms. Opinion questionnaire data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage values.
The research results found that.
- Components of the New Normal Administrative System towards Excellence consist of 5 main elements as follows: 1) Context, 2) Input)3) Process 4) Output and 5) Feedback
- The New Normal Administrative System towards Excellence is called "Smart System" and consists of 5 main elements and 14 sub-elements as follows. 1) Context consists of 2 sub-components: Implementation of the Ministry of Education's policies Office of the Basic Education Commission and according to the digital age. 2)Input consists of 3 sub-components: people, tools, and digital platforms. 3) The process consists of 4 sub-components: sender, message, channel, and receiver. 4) Output including school excellence Under the jurisdiction, Area 2, it consists of 4 sub-components: Academic achievement of students, Desired characteristics of the student's Management process, and the teaching and learning process that focuses on learners as essential and 5) Feedback consists of 1 sub-component Information for school excellence on TN application.
- Results of the evaluation of the administrative system according to the New Normal Administrative System Towards Excellence, it was found to have the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness (
= 4.54, SD = 0.52).
