The Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Competency of Bangsaen Technical College

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study and survey the Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Competency of Bangsaen Technical College 2) to develop the Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Competency of Bangsaen Technical College 3) to experiment the Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Competency of Bangsaen Technical College 4) to assess the Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Competency of Bangsaen Technical College. This research proceeds by the research and development 4 steps. The sample group were 36 teachers by Krejcie and morgan and simple random sampling, 14 trainers in company and 280 short course students by purposive sampling. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews, and report forms. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results were concluded as follows:
1) The results to study short course students education management in overall was at moderate level. And results to survey the Educational Management Model for Short-Course Students has 4 guidelines.
2) The model has four components as follows: 2.1) teachers’ competency development, 2.2) the process of students’ competency enhancement, 2.3) the curriculum development with establishment and 2.4) the monitoring and evaluation of students.
3) The results of the experiment found that 3.1) the participants with the activities of Model satisfaction were at the highest level ( = 4.64, S.D. = 0.35), 3.2) the knowledge and understanding of the participants were at the high level (
= 4.28, S.D. = 0.47)
4) The results to assess the Educational Management Model found that 4.1) the students’ competency in overall were 95.95 percentage, 4.2) the students’ satisfaction in the Educational Management Model in overall were at the highest level ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.40).
