Abstract

The truth knowing according to the truth of Buddhism had been learned
by human-beings long time ago. It had its own principles that could be integrated
with psychological principles in order to change human’s behavior. It lead to the
positive change because the usage of Vispassana (meditation) processes integrated
with the psychological behavior adaptation of Bendura by using behavior notice,
behavior imitation, learning way by noticing the way of controlling oneself as well as
the way of knowing self-ability made people know and understand the truth principles
easily. Contemplation of mind by using 4 foundation of mindfulness principles,
according to Buddhism way, when human had mindfulness principle as a basic, it
could lead to wisdom development. The developed wisdom could discipline desires
and make people who always practiced themselves had pure and clean mind.
