Abstract

Study subject “Members’ Satisfaction towards the Management of Community Welfare  Fund Ban Dai Subdistrict, Mae Sai District, Chiangrai” The objective is to study the Members’ Satisfaction towards the management of community welfare fund Ban Dai Subdistrict, Mae Sai District, Chiangrai to guide the development, improvement, problem solving operational problems effectively and revising operations to be effective and maximize the benefits of members the sample populations used in the research was board of directors community welfare fund Ban Dai subdistrict 20 persons and members of community welfare fund Ban Dai subdistrict the total was 245, total 265. Statistics used in the research include percentage, average, and standard deviation According to the results of the study out of total population of 265 most respondent’s male, aged between 60 years old and above, graduated from primary school, single status, most of them are mainly farmers, monthly income below 10,000 baht, mainly members          1-5 years, etc. In the side section Members’Satisfaction towards the management of community welfare fund Ban Dai Subdistrict, Mae Sai District, Chiangrai be satisfaction with the thought process and planning by giving an opportunity to participate in the planning of the Community Welfare Fund, the operational process, the operations are carried out in according to plan and procedures of the fund’s operations in accordance with the established regulations and in terms of receiving benefits, member receive services meet the needs.
