The Democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship in Nopphitam District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

         The research aimed to (1) study the levels of democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship in Nopphitam District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province (2) to compare the democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship classified by individual and political implanting factors (3) to seek for suggestive recommendations to develop the democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship in Nopphitam District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The target groups were community leaders ; including, Sub-District Heads, Sub-District Inspectors, Sub-District doctors, villages Heads, villages assistants and Sub-District Administrative Organizations administrators. The statistics used/were percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, F- test (One way ANOVA) A questionnaired was used as a tool.

          The finding were 1) level of the democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship’s behaviors were high ( =4.21); which accepted the hypothesis 2) the comparison of the citizenship of the community leaders classified by individual and polical implanting found that gender, age, status, education and positions different taken found no different in terns of the democratic Regime Community Leaders Citizenship; which rejected the hypothesis definitely. Different income per month, present positions and political implanting affected the levels of the citizenship differently, and the hypothesis was met 3) the model suggestive of recommendations was a role community leaders short-course training.
