Abstract

          This research aimed at Study the management strategy of the savings group. Ban Pa Mead Suksamran, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province, during the COVID-19 epidemic situation in 2020-2021 by researching the body of knowledge using the RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) research method according to the AAR (After Action Review) approach. Qualitative approach collected data by interview method. studying from documents and observation. Structured and observational interviews Interview with 3 groups of people of Ban Pa Mead Suksamran Savings Group, Wiang Phang Kham Sub-district, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province, consisted of 3 groups: 1) the committee, 2) group members, and 3) group users.

          The results of the research showed that during the COVID-19 epidemic situation in 2020-2021, there was not much impact on the group. Most of the impact will be on the issue of accepting deposits that need to be modified. by following the measures Preventing the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) D-T-H-T-T problems in organizing a general meeting Annual General to adjust according to the situation reduced aggregation As a result of the group having a systematic management strategy, there are no problems in other areas. especially in finance.
