Abstract

Assessment report of the supervision project within the Forest Village School Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, Academic Year 2019, aims to assess the project of supervision within the Forest Village School. in the context of input factors process and productivity Using the CIPP Model, the group consisted of 110 participants. The group consisted of 4 heads of administration group, 20 teachers, 86 students in grades 4-6. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires, interview forms, record forms, performance checks, and observation forms. Quantitative data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and qualitative data by content analysis.

The results of the assessment revealed that the assessment issues for all indicators and project overview passed the criteria. All assessments were: 1) Contextual issues assessment results were found to be at a high level. by both indicators. The 2 indicators were the response to the needs of forest village school teachers and the expectations of teachers and administrators at a high level. 2) Assessment results of import factors was found to be at a high level and the results of both indicators. The 6 indicators are as follows: The suitability of the budget is at a high level. The suitability of personnel is at the highest level. The suitability of the duration was at a high level. Appropriateness of speakers/supervisors at a high level. 3) The results of the assessment of the issues of the project implementation process It was found that it was at a high level and the results of the 4 indicators were as follows: The appointment of the supervisory committee within the school was at the highest level. The implementation of the planned procedures was at a high level. The coordination within the project is at a high level. Supervision, monitoring and evaluation are at a high level. Results of product evaluation It was found that it was at a high level and the results of the four indicators were as follows: the teacher's performance according to the project objectives was at a moderate level. The teachers' satisfaction with the internal supervision project was at a high level. Satisfaction of students towards learning management behavior Teacher's teaching is at a high level. The student's academic achievement was at the highest level. From the results of the assessment of indicators and such assessment issues causing the overall assessment results to be at a high level.
