Servant Leadership that Affects How Educational Institutions Are Administered under the Jurisdiction of the Primary Educational Service Area Office Area 2, Suphan Buri

Abstract

This research aims to 1) The level of servant leadership among school administrators under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) The methods of school administration under the influence of servant leadership in the same jurisdiction, and 3)The impact of servant leadership on the administrative practices of schools under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample for this study consisted of 304 teachers from the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, selected using the Krejcie and Morgan sample size determination table. The researcher received 251 completed questionnaires, representing an 83% response rate. The research utilized a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, a 5-point Likert scale, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

the results of this research were as follows: 1) The overall and individual aspects of servant leadership among school administrators were found to be at a high level. 2) The methods of school administration, both overall and in individual aspects, were also at a high level. And 3) The servant leadership dimensions of foresight, conceptualization, and stewardship significantly impacted the methods of school administration at the .05 level of significance. The regression equation in raw score form is as follows: Y = .719+. 299 (X₆) +.140(X₇) + .285(X₈). The model predicts 83.% of the variance in school administration practices.
