The Readiness of Management in Learning Process towards the ASEAN Economic Community in Secondary School of Ratchaburi Province

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to determine the readiness of management in learning process towards the ASEAN Economic Community, 2) to compare the readiness in the area of gender, educational background, work experience and school size. The subjects were 132 science teachers in secondary school under the Office of Ratchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8. Research instrument was 5-rating-scale questionnaire. Data analyzed by mean, standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance.
The results of this study were: 1) The readiness of management was at high level in all factors: content, material, learning process and assessment. 2) The statistical hypothesis testing was as follows: 2.1) No statistically significance between gender and education background 2.2) There was statistically significance in work experience and school size.
