Factors Affecting Transcendental Leadership of the School Administrators under Office of the Private Education Commission

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to 1) examine the factors affecting Transcendental Leadership of the administers of privates schools, 2) investigate the Transcendental Leadership of the administers of the private schools, 3) explore the relationship between the factors affecting Transcendental Leadership of the administers of the private schools, and 4) formulate a regression equation of the factors affecting Transcendental Leadership of the administers of privates schools under Office of the Private Education Commission. The samples included 186 personnel from private schools in Suttahip district. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire to survey Transcendental Leadership.  

The results were discovered that 1) the levels of the factors affecting Transcendental Leadership in terms of organizational vision determination, participatory management, and learning organization were at a high level overall, and also in each aspect. Among those, the learning organization appeared at the highest level; 2) In terms of Transcendental Leadership of the administers, the result was at a high level; 3) the factors regarding organizational vision determination, participatory management, and learning organization had relationship with  Transcendental Leadership of the administers; and 4) the regression equation was determined as follows:
