การศึกษาเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการพัฒนาประชากรของประเทศให้เป็นคนดีที่มีคุณภาพและ ประสิทธิภาพอย่างครบถ้วน การจัดการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมมีส่วนสำคัญในการ ขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีลักษณะพิเศษอันเนื่องมา จากบริบทของสภาพทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การปฏิรูปการศึกษาจึงเป็นแนวทางสำคัญ ซึ่งควรบูรณาการทั้ง หลักการของสังคมและวัฒนธรรม เพื่อจะนำมาซึ่งการยอมรับในหลากหลายของอัตลักษณ์ภาษา ศาสนา และ วัฒนธรรม และเป็นการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและเครื่องบ่งชี้ความเจริญของประเทศด้วย บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความหมายพหุวัฒนธรรมศึกษา ความสำคัญ และการจัดการ ศึกษาแบบพหุวัฒนธรรม พร้อมทั้งสภาพปัญหาการจัดการการศึกษาใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และ บทสรุปสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้Multicultural Education in 3 Southern Border Provinces of Thailand …Alternative or Survival ?

Education is an important toll in develop country’s population for being a good person who has quality and efficiency in its entirety. To manage education suit with the social context and culture has an important role in driving sustainable development. Especially 3 Southern Border Provinces which have special characteristics according to the social context and culture. The suitable ways to manage the education in the local area found that the educational reformation for the 3 Southern Border Provinces should hold on the principle of the social and cultural integration in educational management in order to bring about the acceptance of the variety identities , languages , religious and cultures. Moreover it will develop the quality of education and be the standardize for prosperity of country too. This articles aim to present the meaning , the important point and the education management of Multicultural Education.
