บทบาทองค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีเกาหลีกับการยกสถานภาพทางด้านเศรษฐกิจของสตรีเกาหลี

Abstract

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาบทบาทขององค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีเกาหลีกับการเข้าร่วมการแก้ไขกฎหมายความเท่าเทียมการจ้างงานชายหญิง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. การเข้าร่วมการแก้ไขกฎหมายความเท่าเทียมการจ้างงานชายหญิงขององค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างไรต่อการยกสถานภาพสตรีเกาหลี 2. องค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีมีบทบาทอย่างไรในการเข้าร่วมการแก้ไขกฎหมายความเท่าเทียมการจ้างงานชายหญิง 3. ข้อจำกัดขององค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีในกระบวนการแก้ไขกฎหมายความเท่าเทียมการจ้างงานชายหญิง คืออะไร

ผลการศึกษาพบว่าในยุคปัจจุบันการแบ่งแยกเพศในสังคมเกาหลีลดน้อยลง สังเกตได้จากอัตราการเข้าร่วมทางด้านเศรษฐกิจของสตรีที่มีอัตราเพิ่มสูงขึ้น สืบเนื่องมาจากสตรีมีการศึกษาสูงขึ้น ทำให้มีบทบาทหลากหลายในสังคม รวมทั้งบทบาทขององค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีที่มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากต่อการยกสถานภาพสตรีเกาหลีให้มีความเท่าเทียมกับบรุษ ผ่านการเรียกร้องการบัญญัติและแก้ไขกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับผู้หญิง การสนับสนุนของรัฐบาลต่อองค์กรเพื่อสิทธิสตรีทั้งในด้านงบประมาณและด้านการวางแผนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหากฎหมายผู้หญิงจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญยิ่ง

The Role of the Women’s Organization for Betterment of Korea Women’s Economic Status

This study examined how women’s organizations consider the state as an object of change for gender equality and how they sought to influence the process of legislation of the law for effective implementation of women’s policies. In addition, this study examined the women’s organizations as a social agent in the legislation process from a legal sociological perspective.

This study focuses on the role of the women’s organization in the enactment of the gender Equality Employment Act. In addition, this study also traces the major development of the legislation process of the Gender Equality Employment Act and its second, third, and forth reforms as well as political agenda settings and the role played by women’s organizations in making decision and issuing policy.
