กลวิธีการกล่าวขัดแย้งตามปัจจัยเพศ อายุ และการ ศึกษา : แนววัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยทางสังคม ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษาว่ามีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธี การกล่าวขัดแย้งหรือไม่ อย่างไร เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลาย เปิดจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 180 คน จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ และการศึกษา โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพศชายและเพศหญิงใน 3 ช่วงอายุ ได้แก่ช่วงอายุ 20-30 ปี 31-40 ปี และ41-50 ปี กลุ่ม ละ 60 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ปริญญาตรี และปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ อัตราส่วนร้อยละ และการทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติด้วยค่าไคร์สแควร์

ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการแสดงความเห็นกล่าวขัดแย้งของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างจำนวน 180 คน พบจำนวนกลวิธีการกล่าวขัดแย้ง 17 กลวิธี ได้แก่กลวิธี การให้เหตุผล การปฏิเสธ การผัดผ่อน การขอบคุณ การ ให้คำแนะนำ การขอโทษ การตั้งคำถาม การกล่าวอ้างบุคคล การให้ คำมั่นสัญญาการ การท้าทาย การต่อว่า การคาดคะเน การยกตัวอย่าง การสาบาน การข่มขู่ การขอร้อง และการแสดงความเสียใจ กลวิธีที่ พบมากที่สุด คือ กลวิธีการให้เหตุผล รองลงมา คือการปฏิเสธ การ ผัดผ่อน และการขอบคุณ ตามลำดับ ส่วนกลวิธีที่ปรากฏน้อยที่สุด คือ กลวิธีการแสดงความเสียใจ

ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางสังคมพบว่าเพศ อายุ และการศึกษา ของผู้ใช้ภาษาแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจึงกล่าวได้ว่าเพศ อายุ และการศึกษาของผู้ใช้ภาษามีผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการกล่าวขัด แย้ง

Contradictions Speech Strategies Used According to Sex, Age and Education: A Pragmatic Approach

The purpose of this research was to study whether sex, age and education have an influence on how people use their contradictions speech strategies. The information was gathered by having a sample group of 180 people fill in the questionnaire with open-ended questions. Both male and female subjects were equally divided into 3 groups: 20-30 years old, 31-40 years old and 41-50 years old. As for education, the subjects were classified into those obtain a Bachelor’s Degree and higher and those complete lower than undergraduate level.Statistics used in this study were percentage and chi-square.

The results from this study showed that people used 17 different contradictions speech strategies. They were giving reasons, refusal, postponing, saying thanks, giving advice, apolgising, questioning, referring to someone, giving a promise, challenging, blaming, speculating, giving examples, swearing, threatening, requesting, and condolence. The most frequently used strategies were giving reasons, refusal, giving advice and postponing in this order. The least frequently used strategies were condolence and chasing away. The study also showed that social status factors such as sex, age and education lead to which contradictions speech strategies people would choose
