บทบาทหญิงชายในการพัฒนาชุมชนมัสยิดดารุลอีมาน บ้านบูแมกียะ อำเภอยี่งอ จังหวัดนราธิวาส

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่อง“บทบาทหญิงชายในการพัฒนาชุมชนมัสยิด ดารุลอีมาน บ้านบูแมกียะ อำเภอยี่งอ จังหวัดนราธิวาส” มี วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบในการพัฒนาชุมชนมัสยิด ดารุลอีมาน บ้านบูแมกียะ อำเภอยี่งอ จังหวัดนราธิวาส และ ศึกษาบทบาทหญิงชายในการพัฒนาชุมชนมัสยิดดารุลอีมาน บ้านบูแมกียะ อำเภอยี่งอ จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยเป็นการศึกษา เชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการศึกษาพบว่ารูปแบบการพัฒนาชุมชนมัสยิด ดารุลอีมานอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้าง 2 ส่วนคือ การปกครองภาครัฐ และการบริหารงานของมัสยิดกล่าวคือ งาน พัฒนาชุมชนภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของภาครัฐได้ให้โอกาส แก่ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมอย่างเท่าเทียมกันทั้งสองเพศ แต่ภายใต้ การบริหารงานของมัสยิด พบว่าบทบาทของผู้หญิงยังมีน้อย ทั้งนี้ เพราะขอ้ กำหนดตามหลกั ศาสนาที่ได้จำแนกบทบาทของทั้งหญิง และชายไว้อย่างชัดเจน ด้านเงื่อนไขเชิงพื้นที่ พบว่า ชุมชนมัสยิด ดารุลอีมาน บ้านบูแมกียะ ได้ใช้ทุนทางสังคมที่มีอยู่นำมาปรับ ประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาสังคม เช่น จารีต ประเพณี หรือระบบ ความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมมีการสร้างกติกาในชุมชนเพื่อการปกครอง ดูแลกันเองภายในชุมชน

ด้านบทบาทหญิงชายในการพัฒนาชุมชน พบว่า บทบาท หลักยังเป็นของผู้ชาย ส่วนบทบาทผู้หญิงนั้นอยู่ในลักษณะของ การเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในภารกิจต่าง ๆ อย่างไรก็ตามความคาดหวัง ของผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนทั่วไปมีความต้องการให้ผู้หญิง เข้ามามีบทบาทในการพัฒนาชุมชนมากขึ้นโดยที่ไม่ให้ขัดต่อ หลักศาสนา

Gender Roles in the Development of the Darull Iman Mosque Community Baan Bumeakiya, Yi-ngo District, Narathiwat Province

This qualitative study was conducted to investigate 1) the model of mosque Darull Iman development, Baan Bumeakiya, Yi - ngo district, Narathiwat province and 2) gender roles in the development of the Darull Iman mosque community.

The results of the study revealed that the model of Darull Iman mosque community development was under the structural condition comprising 2 parts: the government sector and operational management by the mosque. That was, the community development under the accountability of the government sector provided a chance for community participation. Both males and females were given equal chances to play roles in community development, under the management by mosque. However, it was found that females still played minor roles due to the religious limitations. With regard to area condition, it was found that the Darull Iman mosque community had applied existing social capitals such as traditions and social relationships to the community development. Besides, community rules and regulations were established for the community self care - taking.

In the case of gender roles in community development, it was revealed that males served major roles whereas females' roles were in the form of the participants talking part in activities. However, community leaders and local people expected females to take one morer roles in community development without violating the religious doctrines.
