Abstract

This article is documentary research. The objective of this study is to analyze the synthesis of concepts, theories, and research on factors that affect the learning of the elderly. The study found that the factors affecting the learning achievement of the elderly were 5 aspects: learner, family, and educational personnel. Society and environment and media equipment/technology in learning

Recommendations: Continuous monitoring and study of educational achievement will be a factor that will help the design of education management for the elderly to keep up with the changing of the era.
