Abstract

Nuo dance in Nanfeng County, Jiangxi Province is known as the "living fossil" of ancient Chinese dance. Nuo dance has a long history and is a form of performance that includes religion, music, dance and mask art. This paper mainly studies the dance characteristics and music form of Nuo dance in Nanfeng, hoping to facilitate the majority of learners to open their minds when studying this kind of works and grasp the connotation of Chinese folk works more prepared.
