Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the guidelines for using music for self-reliant elderly. To improve the quality of life of mental happiness In which the elderly who are self-sufficient or also known as the elderly are addicted to society Is considered to be the elderly who are able to help themselves well and have the highest number in Thailand Is a large group that is healthy If there is a guideline to prepare for care, it will be considered as a scholarship. Potential and opportunity to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the country with tangible results. Therefore, this group of elders will have the ability to use a variety of music activities, including listening to music, singing, dancing and playing music.
