THE PEOPLE’S OPINION LOCAL DEVELOPMENT POLICY OF KRENG SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, CHA-UAT DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper were as follows 1) to study the people’s opinion in local development policy, Kreng subdistrict administration, Cha Uad district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) to study the suggestions on problems and resolutions of local development policy, Kreng subdistrict administration, Cha Uad district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population were people in Kreng subdistrict administration, Cha Uad district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province for 7,493 persons, sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, the samples were about 364 persons, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire, the statistics were applied as follows; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation.

The findings were as follows

The people’s opinion in local development policy, Kreng subdistrict administration, Cha Uad district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was at moderate level for all aspects when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of life quality and social was the highest mean, and followed up the aspect of education, religious, and culture and art and the aspect of infra structure and nature and environment was the lowest mean respectively. classified in terms of sexes, ages, education, occupations, and income found that by including was at moderate level.  The highest problem was the aspect of the aspect of infra structure and nature and environment i.e. fire forest in some area. The highest resolution was the aspect of election right appearance i.e. They should have campaign on election for avoiding of the aspect of infra structure and nature and environment i.e. to repair road in village rapidly and standardization.
