Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the transformational leadership of school administrators in Muang Samutprakarn Clusters under Samutprakarn Primary Education Service Area Office 1 in 4 aspects. The population included of school administrators and teachers in total 148 people. Data were collected using 5- point rating scale questionnaire and checklist and were statistically analyzed in percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation.
The findings revealed as follows:
The transformational leadership of school administrators in Muang Samutprakarn Clusters under Samutprakarn Primary Education Service Area Office 1 For the overall and each aspect, they had transformational leadership in high level ranking in order as follows: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Individualized Consideration and Intellectual Stimulation
