THE BEHAVIOR OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE OPINIONS OF TEACHERS IN NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract
The purpose of this research study was to study 1) The level of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. According to the point of view of the teacher. 2) To compare the level of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. according to the point of view of the teacher Classified by experience in administration and school size, and
3) Study problems and recommendations. The sample group used in this research was private school teachers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. In Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Area, Area 2, Academic Year 2011, there were a total of 311 people, and a simple random sampling of a total of 186 people was randomized. The questionnaire was a checklist, the statistics used to analyze the data, the percentage, mean and standard deviation of the t-test.
The results showed that

Administrators lack special characteristics that make teachers want to work with or lack of trust. Suggestions are that administrators should build trust and trust in subordinates in terms of authority, expertise, problems encountered. The management lacks initiative to create new projects or projects that benefit the quality of the school.
