Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to study 1) The level of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. According to the point of view of the teacher. 2) To compare the level of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. according to the point of view of the teacher Classified by experience in administration and school size, and
 3) Study problems and recommendations. The sample group used in this research was private school teachers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. In Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Area, Area 2, Academic Year 2011, there were a total of 311 people, and a simple random sampling of a total of 186 people was randomized. The questionnaire was a checklist, the statistics used to analyze the data, the percentage, mean and standard deviation of the t-test.


The results showed that


  1. The level of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province According to the teacher's view as a whole, it was at a high level.

Comparison of behavior of school administrators in the administration of private schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province according to the point of view of the teacher Classified by experience and school size in teacher's work There was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level.

According to the teachers' point of view, it was found that in terms of reward power, the problem was that administrators considered merit and merit. salary increase promoted or appointed to a position with fairness And executives do not create morale by giving rewards. In terms of power, the problems encountered were Administrators often rebuke teachers when they have a good personal mood. Executives should be able to distinguish emotions from personal matters. In terms of legal power, the problems encountered are The administrators were unable to clarify the work standards of each task to the teachers clearly. The recommendation was that the administrators should study the work and be able to clarify the work standards of each task to the teachers clearly in terms of reference authority. Administrators lack special characteristics that make teachers want to work with or lack of trust. Suggestions are that administrators should build trust and trust in subordinates in terms of authority, expertise, problems encountered. The management lacks initiative to create new projects or projects that benefit the quality of the school. The recommendation is that administrators should develop new initiatives or projects that benefit the quality of the school.
